チケット購入に関する注意事項。TERMS and CONDITIONS. English follows below. 

チケット購入前に必ず下記をお読みください。Please read carefully before the purchase.

チケット購入された方は、下記の注意・同意事項を熟読・同意した上でのものであると判断させていただきます。

【注意・同意事項】

• チケット枚数には限りがありますのであらかじめご了承ください。
• チケットを大切に保管して下さい。ご来場の際に入り口にて、プリントアウトしたPDF、若しくはPDFに記載されたQRコードよりデジタルのチケットをご提示下さい。
• また、ご入場の際は、名前の確認と顔写真付きの身分証(ID/免許証など)の提示を宜しくお願い致します。
• チケットの不法転売は固く禁じます。転売されたチケットは無効となり入場をお断りさせていただく場合があります。
• お客様の都合によるチケット代金の払い戻し、別種チケットとの交換はいたしません。
• 14歳以下のお子様は保護者同伴の下に入場無料となります。
• 18歳未満の方は、必ず保護者が同伴でご来場ください。
• 会場へのイベント内容に関するお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。
• アルコール類の持ち込みは禁止とさせて頂きます（会場内のBarをご利用下さい）。食料品の持ち込みは可能です。
• ペットの同伴は可能ですが、騒音など他のお客様のご迷惑とならない様ご対応下さい。また必ずリードなどの付けた上、目を離さない様お願いします。
• 環境を守る為ゴミ箱を設置しております。会場への負担も考慮してゴミはお持ち帰り頂けます様お願いします。
• イベント内容・レイアウト配置・ステージスケジュールは予告なく変更される可能性があります。
• 開場時間および最終入場時間・閉場時間はやむを得ない理由により予告なくされる可能性があります。
• 雨天決行。雨天の場合においても、チケットご購入後の払い戻しは致しかねます。
• 会場および会場付近では、他のお客様や近隣の方のご迷惑となるような行為はお控えください。
• 会場内の器物破損については当事者に弁償を請求します。
• スタッフの指示に従わない場合、また他の参加者のご迷惑になる行為を行った場合、入場をお断り、もしくは退場していただく場合があります。
• イベントはやむを得ない理由により中止・中断・延期となる場合がございます。
• 人災や災害によりイベントが中断もしくは中止となった場合や、スタッフの指示により退場になった場合でも、払い戻し等は行いません。
• イベント中止・中断・延期等いかなる場合でも旅費や宿泊費等は補償いたしません。
• 貴重品は個人の責任で管理してください。
• 負傷・体調不良などありました場合はスタッフまでお申し出ください。
• 会場内外において発生した混乱や事故、盗難などについて、主催者側は一切責任を負いません。
• イベントでの喧嘩や周りの迷惑になる行為、または薬物や危険物の持ち込みは警察に通報致しますのでご了承ください。
• 違法駐車は近隣の方へのご迷惑となります。警察に通報された場合はイベントが中止になる恐れがありますので何卒ご協力をお願い致します。
• 上記の注意事項・その他規定に反する行為で発生した事故について、主催者側は責任を負いません。

• * カードの明細表記はカード会社様により異なりますが、『niceness music』又は『ナイスネスミュージック』と表記されます。ご承知おき下さい。

Terms on Ticket Purchase.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing tickets. 

Those who purchase tickets are deemed to have carefully read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

• Please note that there is a limited number of tickets available.
• Please keep your ticket carefully. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your PDF ticket or present a digital version of your personal QR code. Please, also have any proof of your name and age with a photo (ID, driver's licence, etc..) with you, as it may be necessary to present for entrance.
• Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets that have been resold will be invalid, and entry may be refused.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets due to customer circumstances.
• Kids under 13y.o. are eligible for free entrance.
• Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Please refrain from contacting the Venue for event details and accommodation bookings.
• Bringing alcohol is prohibited (please use the bar inside the venue). Food items may be brought in.
• Pets are allowed but please make sure that they do not cause disturbance to other customers, including noise. Also, make sure to keep your pet on a leash and within sight at all times.
• Trash bins are available for environmental protection, but please also consider the venue's workload and take your trash with you.
• Event details, layout, and stage schedules may be changed without notice.
• Opening and closing hours may be changed without notice due to unavoidable circumstances.
• The event will proceed even in case of rain. However, we cannot offer refunds for purchased tickets, even due to weather circumstances.
• Please refrain from any behaviour that may cause inconvenience to other customers or nearby residents within and around the venue.
• Compensation will be charged for any damage to the venue's property and the property of the event organisers.
• Failure to comply with the staff's instructions or acts that may cause inconvenience to other participants may result in denial of entry or ejection.
• The event may be cancelled, suspended, or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
• We do not provide compensation for travel expenses, lodging expenses, or any other expenses due to cancellation, suspension, or postponement.
• Please manage your valuables at your own risk.
• Please notify the staff if you are injured or unwell.
• Event organizers are not liable for any confusion, accidents, theft, etc. that may occur inside or outside the venue.
• Any fighting, disruptive behaviour that disturbs others, or bringing in forbidden drugs or dangerous items will be reported to the police.
• Illegal parking causes inconvenience to nearby residents. If the police are notified, there is a risk of the event being cancelled, so we ask for your cooperation. Please use venue parking, tickets are available on the website or on the venue on the event day.
• Event organizers are not responsible for any accidents caused by violations of the above precautions and other regulations.
• For those who purchased tickets with a credit card, please be aware that the card statement may differ depending on the credit card company, but it will be labelled as "Niceness Music" or "ナイスネスミュージック".
